Floreat House

LOCATION: Floreat, Perth, Western Australia

PROJECT TYPE/SERVICES: Residential Architecture/Architectural Concept Design

FLOOR AREA: 150 square metres

This informal pool and deck area was added to an existing contemporary home in Floreat. It incorporates a semi free-form pool which fits comfortably between a side boundary and open plan living/dining area along with a generous timber deck area, day beds and pizza oven.

The side boundary wall steps down the sloping site and features a pool fountain/seat with an exquisite abstract mosaic tile artwork designed by artist Emi Minoseki.
