Kennedy Bay

LOCATION: Kennedy Bay, Western Australia

PROJECT TYPE/SERVICES: Concept Vision Sketch

CLIENT: Hames Sharley / Place Development / WABGR

Kennedy Bay is a $425 million coastal community that will see approximately 66 hectares of unique north-facing land developed over the next eight years.

SHELTERED Media were engaged to produce a compelling vision sketch showing the main street town centre / mixed-use precinct. The vision sketch communicates the coastal location, scale and flavour of the town centre development.
